TYPE THERMOCOUPLES
ORYCON'S Nozzle Type Thermocouples are built to the requirements of the Plastics
industry for a reliable and accurate temperature sensor. Construction
is entirely stainless steel for corrosion resistance and easy removal.
The sensing tip is fused by welding and ground to the same angle as
a standard drill point for increased contact at the bottom of the
mounting hole. Reliefs ease the requirement for bottom tapping. Stocked
in four lead lengths, other lengths available on request.

WASHER
TYPE THERMOCOUPLES
ORYCON'S Washer Type Thermocouples feature all stainless construction and a
solid sensing washer for positive contact with the heated surface.
They are mounted with a 10-32 flat head screw and are ideally suited
for sensing temperature in areas where clearance space is at a premium.

HYPODERMIC
THERMOCOUPLES
ORYCON'S Hypodermic Thermocouples are designed especially for applications
in the injection molding industry and are used in all of ORYCON'S
Integrally Constructed Torpedoes and in all Heated Sprue Bushings
and Gating Bushings. They have a small diameter Transition Coupling
for saving space in the wire channels of a mold, and are fitted with
high temperature teflon lead wire for added ruggedness. Stocked in
three basic diameters, they can be manufactured to meet any size requirements.
