PRICES
All
Orycon products and prices Ex - Factory. Transportation costs,
insurance, duties and local taxes are normally not included in "listed prices." |

SPECIAL
PRICING
Orycon can provide, upon request, Pro Forma invoices with prices of products delivered
to customer's door or to customer's agent. |

CONFIRMATION
Prior to shipping, customer must confirm that specifications of
products to be supplied meet specification of products on order. Specificatioins
are supplied to customer by Orycon's engineering department. |

MODE
OF PAYMENT
Payment
for all international orders are made by bank letter of credit, according to terms agreed when order is placed. Visa and
Mastercard credit cards are also acceptable. |
| 5. |
WARRANTY
Orycon warrants all its products to be free of defects in materials
and workmanship for a period of one year from date of receipt by
customer. Any defective materials may be replaced of repaired at Orycon's
option. Orycon warrants that all products will perform as described in
our literature and specifications when installed and used in the way intended.
All
other terms and limitations of Orycon's standard warranty apply. |
